How do I change my e-mail address?

To change your e-mail address you need to contact FDVhuset's suport-team.

The following criteria apply for us to change your e-mail address:

• A user has changed his/her name and hence the e-mail address is updated: User or buildingadmin contacts FDVhuset byg sending an e-mail to [e-mail].
• The company / organization has changed its name and hence all employees receive a new e-mail adress: Buildingadmin contacts FDVhuset by sending an e-mail to [e-mail] (the users can also ask to have their e-mail address changed).
• One person quits and another person is taking over: If the e-mail address was personal, we ask that a new user is created and roles and activities transvered to the new user.
